RETURNS + EXCHANGES

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Items must be:
 
  • Unused, unworn + in the same condition received returned with original packaging
  • All swing tags, return tags + hygiene stickers with zip ties must be intact/not removed
  • Free of makeup, residue, washing fabric scents, perfumes etc
  • Without damages including damaged caused when trying on + alterations
In the case where it is evident the returned item does not meet the above, BBXBRAND reserves the right to refuse or deduct the necessary value for cleaning, repair and restock from your refund or store credit.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of shipping via out returns  portal which you will find a QR code to on the labels attached to garments. Please ensure to include the original order invoice within your package so we can identify your return to avoid delays within the return process. As we are now paperless, a link to this can be found in your order confirmation email.

UK returns must come back to us within 7 days of return approval. International returns must come back to us within 14 days of return approval. Any packages received outside of this period will not be accepted for return.


We refuse the right to accept any returns that are believed to be made maliciously, fraudulently or to cause loss, damages or copyrights too BBXBRAND. In the event continuous returns are made, refusal of returns will be considered.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Visit WWW.BBXBRAND.COM/RETURNSCENTER and follow the instructions selecting the items you wish to return. Note: Returns approval can take up to 3 business days in our busier periods.
You will receive an email once the request has been approved with all instructions. Return shipping costs and any import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be returned to us via a tracked and signed for service so that you as the customer and we as the receiver can track parcel progress. Ensuring your return reaches us will remain the responsibility of the customer and any issues with the chosen courier cannot be resolved on your behalf by us.

Please clearly mark the package as a 
return for customs declaration if you are returning from outside the UK. If items are not marked as a return and as a result, BBXBRAND is charged import taxes, this amount will be deducted from your order refund or store credit.

We aim to process all refunds and store credits within 5-7 working days of receipt back to the warehouse (not including the day your package is delivered back to us). This time may be longer during our busier periods such as release days, holidays and sales.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not currently offered. If you would like a new size in an item already purchased, we would advise to submit a return request and repurchase the size you need.

PRE ORDERS

These items are made to order and can take approx 4-6 weeks to produce. Once orders have been placed, items/sizes can not be amended or cancelled. These items are non refundable as items have been specifically made to order however a store credit can be issued. Should you wish to cancel your order prior to shipping, a store credit will be issued for the value. Store credit will be valid for 6 months and will not be extended if you make a return.

 
SALE  + SAMPLE SALE

Sale item can only be exchanged for store credit within the 14 day of shipping. Store credit will be valid for 6 months and will not be extended if you make a return. Sample sale items are final sale. Welcome codes are exempt from this where used fairly and in-line with its distribution and not misused when continuously signing up to receive codes as non new or first time customers. Sale items are:
  • Items marked down to a discounted price
  • Items where a sale/promotional discount code has been used
  • Items where a holiday sale/promotional discount code has been used; Christmas, Boxing Day, Easter, Black Friday etc. 
CUSTOM MADE ITEMS

Selected items may be listed item as custom orders where variants such as sizes and colours can be requested. These items are strictly only exchangeable to store credit.
 
REJECTED + REFUSED DELIVERIES

Packages which are refused and sent back to us for any reason including unpaid taxes and failed delivery will
incur a return shipping fee which will be deductible from your refund or store credit.
